Hello,
before approve a Purchase Requisition (PR), trying to open an attachment and pops-up this error:
Any suggestions?
Login with system admin> open attachment > click on options > Security diagnostic > This will provide role which you should have to access this form

the role is already in place and test it and it works (in test environment).
But then in Productive system something is falling because it pops up that error mensaje.

Do users with sysadmin get the same error message?
Like Saurabh mentioned, check if you have assigned a role with sufficient access for this form,
