Purchase order approval not working

Dear All.

once create the PO is not going for approval.

All PO status is coming in review only

if we recal the PO then its cancled and we are unable to resubmitt and edit

even i change to previous version for PO workflow but can't work

I have the same question (0)

Hello,

Please check the workflow history from the workflow, it should state where and with whom it us stuck and why.

After your workflow is complete are you confirming the PO or are you doing something else?

Bt In review means that The PO was submitted for approval in the PO workflow. Approval is pending.

Just check / Verify your Workflow configuration. Specially Assignment.

Hi,

If you have reviewed the workflow history, what does that state?

if this is still in only submitted state there, you need to check your batch job if those are running.

As i mentioned earlier the status of PO is only in review

and please tell me what will be the effect if i run the batch job

after the PO is submitted it goes to REVIEW status

if we see the histroy we can only recall the PO and by recalling workflow will be cancelled

Hi,

1: PO state is in review state and workflow history is different thing.

2: Can you share a screen shot of the workflow history?

3: if workflow is running, this is mandatory to run the job, else workflow wont work.

we make some change in work flow to add some user for approval after that it happens well i am sharing the screen shot of one PO but but this workflow is cancalled once we recall the PO
