Hello Experts,

I am trying to setup an Accounts payable workflow and was wondering if there is a standard email template that I can use when setting up the email notifications to go with my workflow

Hi,

You can check if there is an example in the Contoso demo data set. Can you also indicate what exact AP workflow type you want to configure?

Hello,

Thank you for your response. I am trying to setup the 'Vendor disbursement journal workflow'

Also, I do not have access to the Contoso demo data set. If you have access and are able to provide an example that would be great

Hi,

I guess you mean the content of the email when a user is informed that he needs to do something or when the originator is informed that the workflow is approved\rejected?

There is no template. Just write down the text you want, use variables if you wish, at least the link to the record is the bare minimum I d say and dont forget to translate it to other languages, otherwise it will run into an error.

Hi SV,

As Adi said, there is no standard template for messages. Check with your client what is there expectation and add that using placeholders.
