What's the best way to add a filter by date of Last Comment to a Query in Collection Management Build Query?

Good question.. Collection Management is a third party add-on to GP from ProfAd.. and thus the question might not find much echo if not used by others (though it is a quite common add-on).
You may either find the answer in the CM user guide or online by contacting ProfAd:

PS: can you be more specific about what form/window you're talking about in CM ?
