Could not open the company, you do not have the following permissions on TableData S4L Lease Setup

Hi Team,

One of my client has this issue in PROD and TEST environment, normally only two users use the extension but this week all the other users could not login to BC with this error coming up. I allocated them that permission however I need to find the root cause as:

the extension Soft4 Lessee hasn't been updated nor their BC environment, nothing in Telemmetry or Change Log indicates otherwise.

    It seems that you have installed some custom extensions in the the system, can you please compare the permission set by going to users with others who is able to load this company successfully.

    the two users have that permission as they use the extension, however the rest of the users do not necessarily interact with it hence haven’t been granted that permission set for months which wasn’t a problem until a week or so.

    Can you please give other users permission, with Read Only permission not insert on those particular tables, and check that if they are able to open the company?

    Permission was allocated to resolve the problem.

    Am after the reason that might have caused this.

    Only permission issue, as of now, as per the error log your sent.
