CRM Trial doesn't include Customizations area?

I signed up for a trial of Dynamics CRM but the Customizations area in the settings where you can get to the default solution is not present.

Is this not included?

Hi,

After UCI transition the default solution is no longer exists .

Think you already found it based on another post you have make.

a) make sure you are in a CRM instance and not the default. if you go to the following url and only see 1 instance, setup another instance (button/link at on the page) as a Trial Subscription admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/environments

b) open your environment (your environment url) and then in the top right click the 'cog' icon and then choose the Advanced Settings item (the next screen will let you go Settings->Customizations). Alternatively, go to make.powerapps.com (make sure your CRM environment is selected in the top right corner), then click Solutions down the left hand column most options are in the Solutions area (but if you open a Solution you can also 'Switch to Classic' on the command bar,

Hi,

Once you signed up for a trial of Dynamics CRM you will find Default CRM instance (by default) and here you won’t find “Default Solution”.

When you signed up, you must create a new environment by clicking on “+New” as shown below

Once the new instance is created, simply switch back from Default environment to New environment from Environment drop down as shown below:

Within the new environment you created, navigate to Solutions as below:

Search for Default Solution and you can find the same as shown:
