Is it possible to pay out all the vacation pay on an employee's last cheque in 1 action. We keep getting a left over amount that we have to write another cheque for.

I assume the little bit left over is the accrual for that same period that just accrued. On the employee card, click on the VAC/SICK tab and set the option for 'Pay Vacation Pay this period' to YES. Try that.
