Using Field Service (Dynamics 365) app.
We use to be able to clear the default camera on android and then get the option of which camera to use when adding photos to the inspection/service task. Now it looks like this is not working? Have tried on Samsung devices and a Google Pixel phone. We need to be able to use Timestamper app so all photos submitted have date, time, job number etc on them. Is anyone else having an issue since updates that you can pick the camera app you want to use? Other option is to use the Timestamp app and attach the photos to the inspection/service task but doing this 1 photos at a time takes a lot longer.

Have you tried to grant the permission of the access to the device’s camera?
Did this happen when you upgraded to Android 11? Seems like Android 11 has taken away the camera picker: www.androidpolice.com/.../
Thank you. That is it. Just looked and older phone with Android V9 still gives the option but not the newer Samsung Tablet with Android V11.
