What kind of DMS (Document management system) are you using?

Hi all,

currently im thinking about to connect a new system to our dynamics 365 Finance and Operation (Tier 1). The system should take care of all incoming invoices and documents.

The DMS must:

- save all documents with expiring date

- approvel workflow thru dms service

- connection to purchase order in D365

- compare invoice to po in D365

- if nacessary create po in D365

So im interested, what kind of DMS (Document management system) are you using?

Seems that you list many functionalities that are well beyond the scope of "document management". Are you perhaps actually thinking about a purchase invoice management system? There are many ISV solutions for that, such as Dooap and Invoice workflow.

exactly, the current possibilities arent enough for our purpose, therefore im looking for some advice and recommandations from your side.

Preferred in germany.

Please check the ones that I mentioned. Third one that I know of is ExFlow. And I assume you will find more in AppSource. None of the ones that I mentioned are based in Germany, though.

I suggest you update your question title to reflect your actual requirement, this way you might get more relevant suggestions.
