Unable to determine how the default booking view in mobile app is created or customised

The attached screen shot shows a view of a field service booking on the Microsoft Field Service Mobile App, Version: 11.1.103.0. The right side shows a Bookings Form View which has several sections.
The first section (Tab) is from the Bookable Resource Bookings Entity. It is followed by several other Tabs and Views from related Entities.
I have not been able to determine where/how in the Woodford customisation tool these tabs have been combined to create the view shown. I have searched the internet and several time read the Woodford Guide (Version 11.1) several times and cannot find a reference to how this is done.
Any assistance much appreciated!

    In the latest Woodford project, navigate to Configuration and find the parameter "Combined Booking Form". This defines whether to show the Work Order form on the Bookable Resouce Booking form.
