Our organisation is now to Dynamics and we will use Outbound marketing for the time being and then think about moving to RT Customer Insight further down the line.
Please can you help me understand how consent works in Outbound, do I need to enable it in settings, or is it by defauls.
How that will show on a contact or company record please?

As advised in the documentation, when privacy compliance is enabled, you can view and set data-protection options for each contact. To work with them, open a contact record, go to its Details tab, and then scroll down to find the Data protection section.
