Configuring fields shown in flyout for interactive dashboard tiles under "Other Queues and Views"

Hello Dynamics Community!

I have seen questions on several forums regarding this topic but have yet to find a solution.

Single-stream interactive dashboards can be configured to show tiles, which aggregate (count) the number of records in a list. These tiles are shown on the right-hand side of the dashboard, under the "Other Queues and Views" header label. When clicking on a tile, the list of related records appears in a flyout. Two fields are shown for each record in the flyout:

  1. The Primary Name text field (in bold)
  2. A seemingly randomly selected second field.

Is there any way to configure the second field that is shown? Often, some date field is shown. The field that is shown can show some unrelated information which may be confusing to the user. However, in my case, the field that is shown is the URL of the record's primary image (definitely not a pleasant experience).

Thanks!

    Hi Charles Seguin,

Unfortunately, there is no way to change the column in the tiles of interactive dashboard by now.

You could submit an idea here: https://experience.dynamics.com/ideas/ or raise a ticket to contact Microsoft.

    Hello Steve,

Thanks for your reply; unfortunately that is what I feared. As you suggested, I have submitted an idea to this effect here:

Microsoft Idea  Â· Ability to configure fields shown in flyout for interactive dashboard tiles under "Other Queues and Views" (dynamics.com)

    Best Regards,

    Charles
