.navdata file

I recently had a server go down. I had created a .navdata backup before hand, but I did not create a SQL database backup at the same time. I can't import that .navdata file because we had changed some field lengths on table 30. I understand that I cannot import this backup file, but is there anyway to open it to view what data it contains? Is there some other tool that will open this file?

I am sorry but I don't think there is a tool to view the data/information
