Hi,
I am using D365 Update 12. I have created a new customer attribute in HQ and run the related job and now able to edit/update this attribute from MPOS but now I want to associate this custom attribute to customer card under screen layout but I am not able to see the newly created customer attribute in available columns list of customer card under screen layout.

To fix the issue, We need to set user company same as the layout which we are going to modify the customer layout. Suppose user id has set as usrt then we will be able to see the columns in the usrt legal entity screen layouts not for others.

We have followed this link and rechecked all the configuration. Unfortunately we are not able to see the attributes in screen layout of Customer-card section's available columns list. We are in 10.0.28 version. Does this remove?
Hi Pankaj, it was working in the last F&O versions, as I can remember
Make sure you configured 'Customer attribute group' and opening designer from correct legal entity (where you configured customer attribute group in Commerce parameters)
Hi,
I can see CPOS code that should display attributes, but you are right - designer does not provide ability to specify attributes to display. I will try to ask Microsoft team for help
