3Hello - I have been working with GP for almost 3 years now and I have never had this happen to me. I am working on a BOM for a current part number. However, when I try to click on the 'Recalculate BOM Cost' window, nothing happens. I need to be able to access this window in order to override a current standard cost. I am not sure if this would be internal issue or a programming error but I figured I would try here. Please see a highlighted screenshot below.
Any insight and help on this issue would be greatly appreciated!
