How can I add notification on creating a Work Order

Notification/Alerts in field services.
We are required notification/alerts on create work orders, bookings, and complete on work orders.
We have to sent notification to
1.Technician
2.Supervisor
3.Admin

Anyone?

Hi James.

For the technicians, you can use the Push Notification: docs.microsoft.com/.../mobile-power-app-push-notifications

I assume you want to send emails to the Admins and Supervisors, you can achieve it with Flow. You can explore the Adaptive card so they can interact on the Work Order.
