Adding System Dashboard to Entity Form

I have a system dashboard with an iFrame containing a PowerBI map related to customer accounts. I want to add this system dashboard to my Accounts entity's form.

I assume that I can add another iFrame to the form and then use the dashboard's URL, but I do not see a way to get that URL in this version of Sales.

    Hi,

    There are two ways to set the url of dashboard.

    1. Without Dashboard Title / Dashboard Selector

    https://yourcrmorg.crm0.dynamics.com/dashboards/dashboard.aspx?dashboardId={GUID}&dashboardType=1030&pagemode=iframe

    2.  With Dashboard Title /Dashboard Selector

    https://yourcrmorg.crm0.dynamics.com/workplace/home_dashboards.aspx?dashboardId={GUID}

    Replace the {GUID} in the url with the id of your dashboard.

    Unfortunately, neither method works.

    When viewed from the entity, the error message is:

    {myorg}.crm0.dynamics.com’s server IP address could not be found.

    When viewed from within the solution customization's iFrame, the error message is:

    This site can’t be reached

    Check if there is a typo in {myorg}.crm0.dynamics.com.

    If spelling is correct, try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
