Microsoft Dynamics NAV Build 35473 Error Report

Hi guys, 

After installing the hotfix  build 35473 at Microsoft Dynamics Nav 2013 R2, i cannot install new Nav Clients at other computers.

I get the following error:

Setup Components
The component was rolled back.
Microsoft System CLR Types for SQL Server 2012

Fatal error during installation.

The installer has encountered an unexpected error. The error code is 2908. Could not register component {29B22E49-2B4E-4C8E-BCC9-546A30BF9D24}.
An error occurred during the installation of assembly 'Microsoft.SqlServer.Types,fileVersion="2011.110.2100.60",version="11.0.0.000000000",culture="neutral",publicKeyToken="89845DCD8080CC91",processorArchitecture="MSIL"'. Please refer to Help and Support for more information.

    Basically, error 2908 means you are not able to install new files into the system with your installer, but generally there might be numerous reasons. E.g., for resolution, it might require installation of updates of Windows Server on the server you are using (by the way, what is your operation system on server?). Also, check this, might be relevant:
