NAV Server running problem

Hello All,

I have created a new Database called 'ABC' and restored my backup file.Now I have configured my NAV Server with corresponding database.I have restarted the NAV server and When I tried to see the database info from the Development environment.I cannot see the information and I cannot run my NAV server as well.

Does the account that is running the NAV Service have access to the database?

are you running the NAV server on the same computer as Database server?

Yes, I am but still I cannot see the database info on the development environment

what do you mean by database information?

do you mean service instance value in database information?

did you click dropdown button of service instance field and select?

I have given the database name to the NAV Server from administration tool.So,I guess it has the access to the database
