Your project type doesn't seem to be correct. Most likely your organization (that your O365 account is associated with) doesn't have D365FO licenses (actual or partner / customer preview). Could you check ask your O365 administrator to check in O365 admin portal if there are active licenses or not?

But just in case, look also in the top menu in the LCS project and see if you have Cloud hosted environments option there. If yes, click it and see if you can add environment from there.

    Hi Nikolaos,

i have mentioned that i am able to spin new D365 FO under another project which was earlier created and used. does this imply i do have license. i checked i have license. any other things to check.

I recommend to check the license from O365 admin portal.

Another thing to check is to pay attention to the project type when you create a new LCS project. Could you share a screenshot of the LCS project creation dialog?

    Hi Sudhanshu,

Your project is Prospective presales project, you need to find a partner.

You will find it in step 3 Buy. You need to create Migrate, create solutions, and learn  project. you need to have D365FO licenses - either actual licenses or Customer / Partner trial licenses.

I can only recommend for the third time to check the licenses in O365 admin portal :)

Can you check if you have more than one O365 account setup and have successfully setup a demo D365 FO environment under a different O365 account than the one you are using for the shared screenshot?

Also check the project type under the Organizations and ownership tab within Project settings in LCS.

    Thanks,

    Shilpi
