Pass Custom Parameter in Booking Rule configuration

Hi Guys,
 
I have implemented Universal Resource Schedule Board for one our of client but now client want to implement some check and confirmation on different events.
 
Requirement No 1: If user cancel the booking then system should ask the confirmation message to confirm the cancel the booking but I couldn't find any identifier when user cancel the booking.
 
Requirement No 2: Client want to manage multiple dashboard and want to implement different validation for both the schedule board. What can we get the identifier to check trigger point of schedule board?
