How do you reverse a Posted Service Credit Memo?

Hi Community,

I would like to know.. a user posted a service credit memo, only to realize that it was a wrong action.

He wants to reverse the Posted Service Credit Memo, please advise what is the solution for this.

How do you reverse a Posted Service Credit Memo?

Hello Josh,

there is no native functionality to reverse any Credit Memo document postings.

You can post a Service Invoice in the same amount and lines as the Credit Memo and apply that Credit Memo to the Posted Service Invoice.
