Dynamics 365 plugin registration tool issue: it is disabling and unregister existing steps when connected

Hi Everyone,

I am having issues with  Plugin Registration tool downloaded from Nuget. When it is connected to the Dynamice 365 online env, it disables and unregister some of our plugin steps. Any advice?

Dynamics version 1710 (9.1.0.15932

Plugin Registration Tool version:9.0.0.9516

    Please try to use Plugin registration tool from Xrm Tool Box.
