Is there a easy way to create a contact group list into Dynamics (Customer Service Workplace)?

Hello Folks

Hope you all doing well!

The company that i'm working for, has just started using Dynamics 365 (Customer Service Workplace), the problem is that we cannot create a personal group list of contacts, containning all required contact to send an specific message.

For example, i've just open a new message (mail) and i have to add into TO (field) 15 differents email adresses, i know that on Outlook we can creat a group easily with these 15 contacts putting some name for example (Shipping Group or Finance group, etc...) and after that always when we have to send a message for these people it's only put on To (field) the name Shipping Group or Finance group, and all 15 contacts is going to receive the message.

Is there a easy way to apply something related on Dynamics 365?

Hi Partner,

Unfortunately, there is no ‘contact group list’ feature in dynamics 365.

If you want to send one email to multiple contacts but don't want to insert multiple contacts, you can use the following ways as workarounds:

1.Send bulk email to customers

You can send the same message to multiple recipients using email templates. This is known as direct or bulk emailing.

2.Consider creating a custom group entity to associate with the contact(One group have multiple contacts).

1)Send one email to one Group.

2)Use workflow/flow to copy the email and send it to related contacts automatically.
