Recurring Export Job from D365 F&O to BYOD across all business entities

Hi I have created an incremental push export project to BYOD across all business entities. But when I make a recurring job on the same project, it has only pushed data for one business entity only. When I manually execute above export job it push data across all the entities. Can't we export data across all entities using recurring jobs?
