Launch Dynamics 365 Remote Assist from another mobile app

Hi,

I have a question about the mobile application , I am trying to Launch Dynamics 365 Remote Assist from another app . I did it using HoloLens I used this code ms-voip-video:?contactids=\<contactID\>

and it works perfect .However, when I using the same code for my mobile App, it doesn't work at all. anyone can help me with this issue. I am using unity engine as developing platform .
