Hi,

How to change format for Date & Time field on marketing emails?

Example:
I have a field called "Start Date", it's value is generally like this: 2023-03-09 12:00. In the email designer I have it like this: {{mktcrm_terminfo(558ff94f-7kj9-ec11-983d-70468916453c).mktcrm_terminfo_mktcrm_term_mktcrm_nextterm.mktcrm_startdate}}.

But I'd like to display it differently, like this: March 9, 2023 or March 2023 or March 9 …etc

Hi Osama Ayyad,

One way to do this is to use placeholders to remind users to fill in custom fields in a specific format.
