categorize my documents and files in opportunity

in my previous post ("insert a choice of "TYPE" in documents and files of opportunity") I found out that is possible insert a category to my file trough Sharepoint, but it's not what i need.
I need a listbox to select in every row (for any file/document) without jumping from one program to another.
So I create in the same way a field choice in tabel "Sharepoint Documents" as in figure

can I use this feature as a listbox (as in figure) in opportunity-->files to have the desired result? If yes can sombody explain me how please?

Many thanks for your replay Leah Ju.

I'm sure that you have understood what are my needs .... I ask you if there is a similar way to obtain a listbox in that position to choose the category or if you have another solution to propose
