    RE: Allocate Charges to Lines

    Hi Emad,

    sorry for asking again.

the pr has been recall again, the status has change into draft

I check the item has been received at product receipt action pane.

user has set the manage charges

user has tick /checked the received at allocate charges.

but the tick/checkbox for Show selections and clear spesific lines was disabled.

what is the requirement/criteria so the the tick/checkbox for Show selections and clear spesific lines  will be enabled.

    need your advice again.

    Thanks

    RE: Allocate Charges to Lines

    Yes Emad,

Its mean, after we have allocate charges, we need to approval again right.

alright then, so the work-around for this case request change/recall again.

    Thanks Emad

    RE: Allocate Charges to Lines

    Hi Benjamin,

Check the approval status field on the PO header. If PO approval status is In Review, Approved or Confirmed then Allocate Charges will be disabled. In order to make it active again you have to click on Request Change. It will make your order approval status Draft.

    Regards,

    Emad

    RE: Allocate Charges to Lines

    Hi Benjamin,

Go to Procurement and sourcing > Setup > Procurement and sourcing parameters

    Update tab.

If you set "Safety level of invoiced orders = None or Warning" then you will see the Allocate charges button enabled.

Ideally we should set it "Locked" because we can not update the posted invoice, unless you want to add more items in PO after it is invoiced and post additional invoice for the changes.

    Regards,

    Emad

    Hello benjamin84,

I would recommend that you grap a developer and debug the issue with him/her.

It sounds strange that you can add and allocate charges for some POs but not for others.

There can be many reasons why this is the case and the fastest way to find out is with the help of a developer.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
