When we are creating a quote within Sales the Sales Team will no longer have access to F&O - the dual write is working fine, however, when we price the quote - there is no option to update the freight charge within Sales on the quote to send to the customer.
As a company we cannot offer fixed freight charges due to size and volume/weight of product so each order/quote has its own price based on the requirement of the product mix.
You can still add charges within F&O and they sync to Sales - however - the Sales Team need to be able to create a quote and add a freight cost within Sales, also the data needs to sync to F&O due to the fact the sales support team will be processing quotes to orders within D365 F&O.
