Just testing RA again - we've looked at this in the past but looks like the app has been updated. We're currently running in trial mode with Teams license. We're primarily not a MS SaaS org, so don't have any of the bolt-ons (onedrive / exchange online etc). Previously we've been able to test just the core functionality of making RA calls ==> Teams desktop OK.
Now when testing, I can initiate a call from RA but it never connects.
In RA when starting a call I get a message "no environment selected" but if I follow the link to try to select an environment I just get "Unable to find an environment with dynamics 365 remote assist or dynamics 365 field service. contact your administrator to get access to an environment".
So .... what is an environment in context of RA, and how do I set one up? A quick google came up blank.
