Using Integration Manager 14 with GP 2015 - when importing SOP records, the items import in random order, not the sort order specified in the source description. Any thoughts?
Try to remove any sorting and/or grouping that you have on the integration as well as take a look at your UseOptimizedFiltering setting in your IM.ini, and see if those settings make a difference on your integration.
UseOptimizedFiltering=True
is in the Microsoft.Dynamics.GP.IntegrationManager.ini file. I will change it to False and see if that works.

I recall that the eConnect SP's are creating the line entries randomly, and this isn't only in SOP.. POP suffers from the same problem.
I do recall that there was an add-on tool I believe that would sort the line item entries in a specific order, but don't recall where you could find it (maybe Customer Source?).
