Dynamics 365 for Customer Service
Flow for Dynamics 365
Microsoft Forms Pro for Customer Service Enterprise
Microsoft Social Engagement – Service Discontinuation
Office for the web
PowerApps for Dynamics 365
Project Online Essentials
SharePoint (Plan 2)
Please could you advise which of these are required to access and use D365, and which are optional (can be turned off) without affecting any wider functionality?
