Dynamics 365 Customer Service Insights for CS EnterpriseDynamics 365 for Customer ServiceFlow for Dynamics 365Microsoft Forms Pro for Customer Service EnterpriseMicrosoft Social Engagement – Service DiscontinuationOffice for the webPowerApps for Dynamics 365Project Online EssentialsSharePoint (Plan 2)
Please could you advise which of these are required to access and use D365, and which are optional (can be turned off) without affecting any wider functionality?
Thank You
HI Partner
It completely depends on what your business/ organization requires functionality of CRM as all of the above modules have different functionality and services within it
If it helps anybody else with the same question in the future, we have been directly in touch with our Microsoft Solution Architect and found the only ones you need for core Dynamics is:
'Dynamics 365 for Customer Service' and 'Flow for Dynamics 365'
The rest can be turned off if not required.
Thanks
