Hello,
I have custom and existing OOB buttons under the Work Order form that are not showing on the FS mobile app.
As per the below screenshot I have signed in with a normal user that has the "Field Service - Resource" security role.
The custom button is called "Convert To Service" as per the above screenshot.
If I log in with a system admin user the buttons are showing on mobile + web and if I sign in with a non-admin user in the Field Service mobile app the buttons are not showing the same as on the web. However, on the web, if I logged in with the same user the buttons are showing.
I attached two different screenshots to show you the difference between the Web/Mobile for the same non-admin user that is signed in.
There's nothing I can do to resolve this issue and I'm really confused about what's happening. Could you please advise what is the solution?
