Check access button not showing all the security roles assigned to the user

Hello All,
 
I have enabled Record Ownership across business unit through which I have assigned a role from multiple business units to the user but as an admin it's quite difficult to track how many business unit the user is having access to
 
When I click on check access I can see role and only one business unit instead of all business unit the user is part of
 
Is there a way to have this visibility in CRM?

    Check access will only give you all the roles from which user are getting permissions for the given record.

    Unfortunately, the native "Check Access" button is not designed to show all business units and roles at once.
    The "Check Access" button in the User form or record typically shows access for the record in context, not a consolidated list of all business units or roles assigned across the organization. This limitation can make it difficult to determine all the business units and security roles associated with a user.

    If your organization needs this information directly in the "Check Access" interface:

    • You would need to develop a custom solution using JavaScript or a PCF Control that extends the "Check Access" functionality.
    • Use the Microsoft Dataverse SDK or Web API to query the systemuserroles and businessunit tables programmatically to fetch all business units and roles for the user.
