Errors while INDIA GST setup in D365 finance and operation

In INDIA GST Tax Setup, while selecting Company's Registration Number in Lookup, I am getting the below error.

" No model mapping exists for the 'GST Registration Number' data model. 

and in India GST tax setup while selecting the HSN code in lookup, getting the below error 

"No model mapping exists for the 'HSN Code' data model."

Can the experts please help in resolving this error. And why this error occurred.

    Hello Tanya,

    Have you already imported all the ER configurations from LCS?

    Before you setup anything in TAX setup for INDIA, you need to complete the tax engine setup.

    Hello Ramit,

    Yes, but I did not upload it through LCS, I import the ER configuration through Exchange >> load from XML file. I used this path

    Fine, kindly check the below.

    1: Check if latest ER confg is imported

    2: Check in the tax setup if you have activated the same configuration from the tax setup- configurations- sync and activate

    3: Check n the tax setup if you have added the LE and activated for the same.

    Hi Ramit,

    Yes, I have checked all these points.

    - latest ER config is imported

    - Config sync and activated

    - added the LE and activated

    still same error comes

    Can I kindly ask you, exactly when you are getting this error?

    While creating GSTIN Number master?

    or

    While selecting GSTIN Number in a tax setup?

    I'm getting this error while selecting GSTIN number in tax setup.

    and also getting one more error  

    while selecting the HSN code in tax setup to define the rates ,

    "No model mapping exists for the 'HSN Code' data model"

    Can you try to re-import the the below ER configurations in full from ER workspace? and then sync and activate?

    Taxable Document

    Taxable Document (India)

    Tax (India GST)

    Yes, I do it even 2 times , Actually I don't have rights to download the files from LCS. So I import the files through EXCHANGE >> LOAD XML FILE.

    I never used load xml file, can you ask someone to import from LCS who has admin access?

    HI Tanya, 

    This may also come in case:

    1. You have upgraded D365 Build version but still running with old configuration ( in such case please update to latest configuration)

    2. This may come if you extended configuration related to these fields (if you have extended, please bind from designer form). 

    In case still you have issue, please feel free to log a service request with MS support team to look into your environment
