Dual write for ReleasedProducts from FO to CE

Hi,

I am using FO PU42.

When a released product is created in FO, though there is a dual set up configured, I do not see the products in CE.

I am using the entity 'EcoResReleasedDistinctProductCDSEntity' which does the export of the products. Also tried if the entity 'EcoResSellableReleasedProductEntity' helps in bringing the details in CE. But it didnt.

I tried doing a GET request from Postman for these entities and getting the expected result.

I am passing dataAreaId as one of parameter in postman to get the result. In dual write set up, dataAreaId is neither the integration key nor a mapped column in the entity.

Any input on this issue would be of great help.

Try setting 'Sales Unit' and 'Price Quantity' setup on the products if they are not. I've seen in the past where lack of these values prevents 'EcoResSellableReleasedProductEntity' from exporting.

Hi Anitha,

Can you check to see if there is any Filter applied on Dual write for the entity.

Is Dual write running without any error; and does the DMF execution history show whether that is running or not?

If you are not seeing the dataareaID, it is possible that the CE env dual-write solutions are not installed properly or you may not be on the right version of CE.
