How do I set up a temp (temporary worker) for one company in Dynamics 2012?  Do I set them up as a contractor?

    Hi Linda,

    Every worker can be setup as employee or contractor. If the person is employed by your company I would suggest to use Employee. If the person is external (you hire him/her) you can use contractor.

    When you specify a position for this worker, you can provide the start and end date if that person is temporary. I would prefer to use this one to indicate a temporary worker.

    If within your company no contractors normally is used, you can indeed use the contractor as the indicator for temporary workers.
