Hmm.. I tried it and for me the Delete button is not available for Price/discount agreement journals.

There's one exception: it is available before saving a newly created journal. But not for any journals that have already been created (saved to database). So, the user can cancel the creation if the journal has not yet been saved. I think this is ok.

Could you please check once more in your environment?

Could you then share more details:

    1) Screenshot of your privilege, so that we can see the entry point name and access level

    2) Screenshot of your role, so that we can see there are no other privileges

    3) Screenshot of your user's roles, so that we can see there are no other roles

Then the user has some other privilege that grants delete access. You need to check all roles of this user.

    Hi,

Have you tried to set Create on the MenuItem instead of Delete?

Do you have a menu item that opens the form? You should have.

Then, drag & drop that menu item to the Entry points of your security privilege. Set access level to Create.

Then, assign this privilege to a duty and the duty to a role. And grant this role to your user. Now your user can only create records but not delete them (assuming he/she doesn't have some other role that grants also delete access to this menu item).

You don't need to change the "NeededPermission" property in this case.
