GP 18.4 Error message when saving window preferences on Inquiry screens

Hi,

Has anyone experienced this error message when a user tries to save window preferences in GP 18.4 for any of the AR and AP inquiry screens? 

This users is set up as a power user.  I logged into the server and was able to save for sa but not for this user.

The client upgraded to 18.4 in April 2022.

I found the following similar article, but they SY01407 table did not return any errors.

    I would try running the GRANT.SQL scripts against your databases. You will find it in your C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics\GP\SQL\Util folder.

    Thank you Richard! I also found the following will work since the tables were built and has the same result you suggested.

    Ran PSTL create procs as sa which will run the grant script to be sure all users have correct privileges

    GRANT.SQL solves a myriad of issues. However it does require knowledge of SSMS whereas using PSTL does not.
