Does anyone know where to find a complete list of the values for SY00500.BCHSOURC? I tried looking in the SDK but could not find a complete list.
You are never wrong Cheryl.
Did you know that Uruguay country has the highest cow-to-person ratio in the world?
I agree, it would be best to look at their data to make sure you get them all.
Thanks Cheryl. I was build a SQL CASE statement and I was try to account for all the possibilities.
Hi Richard,
I don't have a complete list available to send to you, but typically these are common for GL, purchasing and sales: (But they will need to check their data)
You can look to see what you have with a script such as this against the company database: Key different types of transactions in the modules they use and look to see how it updates the SY00500 table.
select distinct (BCHSOURC), SERIES from SY00500
SERIES (NOTE: 0 or blank is invalid values).
1 - all
2 - GL
3 - Sales
4 - Purchasing
5 - Inventory
6 - Payroll
7 - Project Accounting
10 - 3r'd party
I hope that helps. Let me know if any questions, or 'mark as answer' if this helps you. Thank you in advance.
