Preference Centre dynamic content not populating

I have been trying to configure the new preference centre, i had added purposes/topics, created a marketing email and linked to this, created the dynamics content in the right pane, but the preference centre link is always empty, is there a fix for this or a workaround?

Hi,

We have analyzed the information you have provided, and your problem is in the MKT Email
Preference Center and topic are set, but the link to the Preference Center is not displayed in the dynamic field. Is this correct?

We have tested and found that the link to the preference center is visible and accessible in incoming emails. Therefore, it is not possible to reproduce your error.

Could you please provide more information about this issue? For example, a picture etc. This will help us to better understand your problem and come up with a more effective solution.

Hi Rudy,

Yes that is correct i believe, preference centre is setup correctly following all documents/guidelines and when I'm creating an email template/marketing email the dynamic content is always blank for the preference centre.

I've also tried adding this as a link on the email as well.

And when i send the email all the values are blank, if I try to copy any hyperlink they are empty
