*.eml extension attachments are downloading as blank in D365 CRM

Hi All,

One of our customers has added attachment of type *.eml in CRM and when downloading the attachment its downloading as blank with 0 kb. Could you please suggest is there any issues with these attachment types?

Attachment In CRM:

Once its downloaded to my PC its showing as 0 KB

Any Suggestions would be Appreciated.

    Hi Maheshwar,

    I tested it in my environment, and the *.eml attachment I downloaded is normal.

    Please check whether this problem exists in both Outlook online and Outlook desktop.
