Hi there, I am using Kingsway Soft to integrate CRM with NAV.I have a query regarding integration of sales order as source entity in CRM to Integration_Sales _Order as a destination Object in NAV. Suppose I Import 10 sales order entries on monday from CRM to Navision. The entries were successfully imported to NAV.
Now sales order has to be imported again. will be possible to locate the synced entries that were imported through CRM-NAV Integration.
Please see to this query and help to rectify the same.

Either you put some indicators in CRM or NAV to locate already synced sales order so whenever user import again existing sales order it will not import again. You need to contact your developer/partner

Hi,

Why you need to re-import Sales Order which is already been synced?

Anyways, you can set some flag while passing orders from CRM to NAV and identify which Order entries came from CRM.
