Can you change the archive from a network share to SharePoint after you
have configured the system

The Zetadocs Express Documents factbox in NAV will show related documents stored on SharePoint or in the Zetadocs Archive network folder - not both. The Zetadocs General Settings page is where you determine which archiving option is used for a NAV company. If you switch to archiving documents on SharePoint, then you will not see documents previously archived to the Zetadocs Archive folder from NAV.

One further question on this then.
If I set as a ZetaDocs Archive (i.e. file share), save documents in this archive and then move to a SharePoint site will the files in the share still be available to NAV or will these then not be accessible to NAV?

Hello Ian,
Yes - you can change the archiving options (SharePoint / Zetadocs Archive / Off) using the Zetadocs General Settings Page. I would suggest restarting the NAV client after making this change.
