aligning images to centre

Hi, Good afternoon everyone.

I need some help please. There's a difficulty I'm experiencing with my newsletter rendering properly in different email clients and devices.

I have newsletters templates created on my company's website, the HTML was pasted in dynamics and saved as templates my company logos and social media links etc. Whenever I use my saved templates to create fresh newsletters and add images, I make the images centred and when I 'test and preview', it appears centred on all devices. However, when I test-send to my colleagues and they check the newsletter on their phones and laptops, for some, all images appear well centred on all devices, for others the images become right-aligned. Please is there a way this issue can be fixed? Is there a function I am supposed to apply to ensure the images remain centred and appear centred when the newsletter is viewed in different emails and on different devices/

I will really appreciate some help with this.

    Hi Lolade,

    Did you create your email using the editor in Dynamics 365 Marketing or was it created in another tool?

    If it was created in the Marketing app, could you please check if the issue still occurs?

    This is definitely not an expected behavior, and if it still occurs on your environment -> please file a support ticket to ensure we can assist you in a timely manner.

    Hi,

    thanks for responding. Please find below the HTML.  The issue of non-centring images happens on all mobile devices with email clients- outlook, Gmail and yahoo. The images are well centered when the newsletter is viewed on desktops and laptops, but when viewed on mobile phones the images are right-aligned instead of the centre which is the original position of the images in the newsletter.
