Employee Federal and State Tax not Withheld

GP is not including Federal or State income tax withholding for 1 of my employees.  It appears it is only occurring with 1 employee.

I am including snip-its of the setup windows for the Salary Pay Code, Federal and State.

Thank you for sending this article.  I did not know that about the pay frequency for deductions/benefits.  We are just a couple weeks from changing our pay frequency.

However, that did not solve the problem.  He now has $1+ and Paycheck City says it should be $200+

    Hi Sara,

Here is a great blog that explains how GP calculates taxes https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/archive/blogs/dynamicsgp/how-to-verify-microsoft-dynamics-gp-is-calculating-payroll-taxes-correctly Please read through the information in this link to see if this will resolve the issue.

    I hope this helps!
