Hi,
We implemented INDIA entity. The tax engine and all the setup was done and tested. However we are getting the below error message when trying to post a Vendor invoice.

Unable to find active setoff hierarchy profile, please check whether you maintain any setoff hierarchy profiles and try again

Here is our setup.

We are not able to move the GSTIN from left to right

Because of that, Accounts payable are not able to key any invoice for INDIA

Hi,
1. According to the prompt message, have you not activated the setoff hierarchy profile? Also, in my test environment, on the Set Sales Tax Hierarchy and setoff Rules page, I can select node, you can review this documentation and make sure no steps are missed.

2.You also review this document and check whether the prerequisites for setting up a sales tax hierarchy are met.

3. If there is no problem with the above, you can try the method mentioned in the screenshot and check whether it works.

Hi,

You have to click new and click save then you will be able to move GSTIN
