My customer is running NAV 2016 web client and the F8 copy function doesnt Work. In the Windows client it does.

What browser are you using ? did you try to run in another computer and check if it is working ?
You can not use the Windows Clients shortcuts with Web Client. It works differently.
Microsoft Dynamics NAV Web client supports the keyboard shortcuts that are supported by most of the web browsers. Hence You need to check such browser shortcut if available for copying above cell value.
Better you use Copy(Ctrl + C) and Paste(Ctrl + V) option, if no shortcut available.
