Only a Microsoft Dynamics Partner could do that for you by purchasing a license, after which you will get access to the Dynamics LifeCycle Services site, where your environments will be created.
Or there is an AX Technical Preview demo environment that you could subscribe for, which you could easily find via Google or on this forum.
